Tournament task list May 2011

Hi all, As it has now been confirmed that our tournament will definitely be on May 14th attached is a list of tasks that need to be done to ensure we have a successful event. Not all tasks have been assigned a responsible person so if anyone feels they could take on a specific task let me or Billy know. The more volunteers we have for this the better. Dec.
