Hi All,
I wish to take this opportunity to invite you to
Stockholm for the 2nd round of the ladies Pan-European and also a European mens grading tournament.
The tournament venue will be:
Skarpnäcks IP
Horisontvägen 15
12834 Skarpnäck
Stockholm
Note, it is approximately 20 mins by subway from the centre of Stockholm.
IMPORTANT:
We would be grateful if you could confirm as soon as possible if you plan on attending and provide estimates for the following (by
next Sunday 17th August)
- How many teams will you be sending (ladies and/or mens)?
- How many players?
- How many lunches will be required?
- How many dinners will be required?
We
appreciate that it is difficult to know at this stage but even if you
can send me some rough numbers it will really help to organise the

Once
we have received confirmed attendance we will send out an info pack
with details about the tournament. I would suggesting booking
accommodation
as early as possible since accommodation in Stockholm can fill up
quickly.
